We’re on a heartfelt mission to bring CAIRO back to its former glory—the days when we were students, full of pride and promise. Whether it was playing sports, excelling in academics, or simply making memories, those moments shaped who we are today. As one of our alumni wisely said, “We can’t wait for someone else to rescue us—we have to do it ourselves.” With your support, we can rebuild CAIRO, one block at a time, through donations and hands-on volunteering.

We’re kicking things off with a Community Cleanup Day on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. Choose a shift that works for you:

· Early Bird Shift: 7:00 – 9:00 a.m.

· Second Shift: 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Let’s come together to make a difference. See information below to learn how you can contribute—whether through a financial donation (to help purchase cleaning supplies, small equipment, tools, etc.) or by giving your time and sharing your talents.

Looking ahead, we’re planning a much larger cleanup event during the Labor Day holiday in 2026. We’ll be seeking planning committee chairpersons and volunteers—stay tuned! More information will be shared soon.
